RPP25L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,064 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBAP2, PKP4, and PPP4R2. Each is linked with RPP25L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25L-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP25L versus UBAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
