Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,626 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP25L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG18, P3H3, and LOXL1. Each is linked with RPP25L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25L-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP25L versus SNHG18 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
