RPP25L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25L-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, RNU6-207P, and RNA5SP165. Each is linked with RPP25L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25L-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by RPP25L-low versus RPP25L-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
