RPP25L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP25L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25L-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, A-Raf_pS299, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RPP25L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25L-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by RPP25L-low versus RPP25L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP25L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP25L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
