Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP25L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,562 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP25L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Acrosomal vesicle exocytosis, Dense core granule priming, and tRNA methylation. Each is linked with RPP25L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP25L-to-partner and partner-to-RPP25L results are reported.
