Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPP14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher RPP14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where RPP14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
