The most reproducible RPP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A2, BUB1, and CDCA2. Each is linked with RPP14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPP14 results are reported.
