Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Rictor_pT1135, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RPP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RPP14-low versus RPP14-high in UCEC.
