Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,859 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, RNA 5'-end processing, and Regulation of sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with RPP14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated transcription elongation grouped by RPP14-low versus RPP14-high in LIVER.
