Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPP14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,848 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSLN, HPCA, and ARID5A. Each is linked with RPP14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP14-to-partner and partner-to-RPP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP14 versus MSLN in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
