Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPN2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RPN2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where RPN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
