RPN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,617 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIGS, OSBPL2, and TTI1. Each is linked with RPN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN2-to-partner and partner-to-RPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN2 versus PIGS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
