Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf85, ZFP37, and GARNL3. Each is linked with RPN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN2-to-partner and partner-to-RPN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN2 versus C9orf85 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
