RPN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, MBD4, and SEC22A. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN1 versus EIF4G1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
