Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,303 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, GPHN, and GARNL3. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.
