Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CANX, CCDC47, and LMAN2. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN1 versus CANX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
