RPN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, RNU1-57P, and ELOA3CP. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by RPN1-low versus RPN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
