RPN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,449 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC61A1, SRPRB, and COPG1. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPN1 versus SEC61A1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
