Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,660 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Attachment of GPI anchor to protein. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by RPN1-low versus RPN1-high in LIVER.
