Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, HMGB4, and REG1B. Each is linked with RPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RPN1 results are reported.
