RPLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,485 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP8, NOLC1, and URB2. Each is linked with RPLP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPLP2 versus RRP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
