Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,000 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, FCGR2A, and IRAK3. Each is linked with RPLP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP2 results are reported.
