The most reproducible RPLP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene silencing by regulatory ncRNA, Protein urmylation, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with RPLP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP2 results are reported.
