Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPLP0P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPLP0P2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPLP0P2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPLP0P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where RPLP0P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
