Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPLP0 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPLP0 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPLP0 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPLP0 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and SKCM are the cancer types where RPLP0 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
