RPLP0

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP0 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,099 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP0-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTREX, PA2G4, and ZCCHC8. Each is linked with RPLP0 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP0-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP0 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPLP0 versus MTREX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP0→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP0) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
