RPLP0

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP0 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP0-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, TREM1, and RASGRP4. Each is linked with RPLP0 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP0-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP0 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPLP0 versus CSF3R in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP0→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP0) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
