RPLP0

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPLP0 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 694 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP0-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP64, BNIP3P41, and MTATP6P15. Each is linked with RPLP0 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP0-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP0 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP64 grouped by RPLP0-low versus RPLP0-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPLP0→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPLP0) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
