Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPLP0 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,227 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPLP0-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Cell-substrate junction organization, and L-tryptophan catabolic process. Each is linked with RPLP0 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPLP0-to-partner and partner-to-RPLP0 results are reported.
