RPL9P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,099 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosome assembly, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RPL9P7 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL9P7-low versus RPL9P7-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL9P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL9P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
