Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,183 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL9P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RPL9P5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis grouped by RPL9P5-low versus RPL9P5-high in ESCA.
