Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,618 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL9P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Mitochondrial translation, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with RPL9P14 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9P14-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9P14 results are reported.
