RPL9P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9P13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-86P, ZDHHC20P3, and CDRT7. Each is linked with RPL9P13 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL9P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL9P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
