The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPL9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where RPL9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
