Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,711 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5A, RRBP1, and PNKD. Each is linked with RPL9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9 results are reported.
