Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, ASNS, and CD49b. Each is linked with RPL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9 results are reported.
