Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,648 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Positive regulation of neuromuscular junction development, and Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration. Each is linked with RPL9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane grouped by RPL9-low versus RPL9-high in BONE.
