Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2IP8, NTAN1P1, and CDK2AP2P3. Each is linked with RPL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL8-to-partner and partner-to-RPL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2IP8 grouped by RPL8-low versus RPL8-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
