Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80 and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with RPL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL8-to-partner and partner-to-RPL8 results are reported.
