Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P9 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL7P9 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RPL7P9 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LSCC and CCRCC are the cancer types where RPL7P9 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
