Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,384 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS24, RPL11, and RPL7. Each is linked with RPL7P9 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P9 versus RPS24 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
