RPL7P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,521 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, UTP15, and UTP4. Each is linked with RPL7P9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P9 versus YTHDF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
