Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,884 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC1, ZNF480, and ZNF845. Each is linked with RPL7P9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P9 versus TRAPPC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
