Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,175 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAG, DHRS3, and ZNF592_S1089. Each is linked with RPL7P6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
