Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,408 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL18A_S123, RPS6_S240, and SP4_S46. Each is linked with RPL7P52 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P52-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
