Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P51 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7P51 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RPL7P51 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P51 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, ESCA, and BRCA are the cancer types where RPL7P51 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
