RPL7P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,911 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL30P4, RPS27AP11, and EEF1A1P29. Each is linked with RPL7P5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P5 versus RPL30P4 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
