Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7P45 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7P45 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPL7P45 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7P45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and THYM show a favorable association.

STAD, MESO, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPL7P45 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
