Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,435 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, TNS2_T91, and PAK2_S55. Each is linked with RPL7P44 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P44-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P44 versus BOP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
