Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,909 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with RPL7P40 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P40-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport grouped by RPL7P40-low versus RPL7P40-high in STAD.
